BRAWLEY — In an Imperial Valley League girls’ swimming tri-meet, it was Brawley Union High coming out on top, beating Holtville and Calipatria at Lions Center Pool in Brawley on Thursday, March 18.
The Wildcats won the meet with 87 total points, followed by Holtville with 51 and Calipatria with 14.
Brawley’s Solae Enders, Ryan Dickerson and Cassiana Escalera all won their four events on the day to pace the Wildcats’ victory.
Holtville got a first-place finish from sophomore Skylar Hanson in the 100-yard butterfly and a first-place finish from its 400-yard freestyle relay team of Alyssa Enriquez, Kathryn Self, Jasmine Garewal and Abby Garewal.
